50g powdered sugar, 130g butter, 180g flour, 10g water

Custard

25g flour, 170g sugar, 100g lemon juice, Two eggs, One egg yolk

1g salt

The zest of 1 lemon

Meringue

Two egg whites, 100g sugar, 35g water
