If the washing machine draws in water even though it is switched off, it may be caused by dirt in the water valve.

  • In many cases, it can be repaired by starting a quick-wash cycle and rinsing water through the valve.
  • If the problem persists, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Center.

To help you determine the exact nature of the problem, we recommend a visit by one of our authorized engineers to check the appliance and fix the problem.
