1. There are 4 different steam levels:

  • Humidity Low 
    • use for: tender steaks, crispy bread
  • Humidity Medium
    • use for: stews, gratins and casseroles
  • Humidity High
    • use for: custard, flans & cheesecakes
  • Full Steam
    • use for: rice, steamed fish & poultry
