Resolution:
1. Check the program and food distribution inside the cavity.
2. Check for air circulation obstructions.
3. Reduce food thicknesses.
4. Remove the cover or lid.
Cause:
- Incorrect setting of the cooling cycle
- Food not divided properly on the trays
- Excessively thick food
- Presence of cover or lid
